A special menu replaces our summer menu on the occasion of this « Nippo-Mediterranean » POP-UP at Château Beaupin. Chef ISAMU MOTODA offers a fusion of Franco-Japanese cuisine, combining the culinary influence of the Mediterranean with his Japanese expertise. He uses local and regional products to create unique dishes such as Nikkei Seabass Ceviche, Melon, BlackBerry, Shiso, Rice Vinegar, and Yuzu or the Heirloom Tomatoes, Peach, Ume Dressing, Garlic Cream, and Shiso.
This culinary event is a beautiful and delicious blend of the generosity of Mediterranean cuisine and the finesse of Japanese gastronomy.
Food enthusiasts will have the pleasure of choosing from a selection of dishes offered by the Chef in the spirit of the "Izakaya" concept ( "a Japanese Tapas Bar").

With our healthy and gourmet breakfast, you will fill up on energy for your day in Marseille. Enjoy a selection of pastries, fresh bread, homemade jam, and fresh butter, as well as delicious hot drinks, milk, yogurts, cereals, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. On request, we also offer gluten-free bread and lactose-free drinks.
